Payment & Refund Policies
Refunds will be given based on when the cancelation is made relevant to your reservation.
1 month+ prior to reservation = full refund + security deposit
2-4 weeks prior to reservation = 50% refund + security deposit
1 week or less prior to reservation = refund of security deposit only
Payment breakdowns by space:
Wedding weekend: $2,500 total

$1,000 + $500 security deposit due at the time of booking

$500 security deposit is returned up to three days post-event via PayPal or Venmo
Intimate event venue: $550 total

$250 + $200 security deposit due at the time of booking

$200 security deposit is returned up to three days post-event via PayPal or Venmo
Private celebrations and photography sessions: $75-$175 paid at the time of booking via PayPal or Venmo.
Housekeeping and Cleaning Fees
Housekeeping is not included in rental fees and is an additional cost depending on your specific venue rental.
Basic cleaning fee ($50) includes tidying kitchen, trash removal, light sweeping, and bathrooms.
Overnight stay turnover ($125) includes basic cleaning plus bedroom, laundry and turndown service, and cleaning floors (mop/vacuum).
Event clean up ($250) includes basic cleaning plus chair/table/linen removal, bedrooms, and laundry (additional if guests choose the honeymoon add-on).
Housekeeping
Primary housekeeper on call, Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm and Saturday/Sunday from 6am to 9am and 11am to 3pm.
Parking
Primary parking will be on the gravel lot in the south yard, or street parking directly in front of the house. Overflow parking will be in the empty lot at the corner of Polk and Walnut Streets, directly across the street and a short, paved walk to The W.
